FAQ
Pricing questions
Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, every feature including the AI ones, with no credit card required. If you do nothing at the end of it, the account simply stops. You are never charged automatically.
What counts as a "lead"?
A lead is an enquiry record in your pipeline. Starter holds up to 500, Professional up to 5,000, and Business is unlimited. Admitted student records are not counted against the lead limit.
How do AI credits work?
AI features are included on Professional and Business, and their usage is metered with prepaid credits — 50 for ₹499, 200 for ₹1,499 or 500 for ₹2,999. You buy credits when you need them, usage is visible in the product, and there is no open-ended bill at the end of the month.
What uses AI credits?
The AI features: lead scoring, drop-risk analysis, voice agent calls, AI-drafted broadcasts, reply suggestions and monthly parent progress reports. Everything else — pipeline, fees, attendance, WhatsApp templates, analytics — does not consume credits.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. Plan prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at billing.
Can we change plan or cancel later?
Yes. Billing is monthly through Razorpay and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. There is no annual lock-in and no implementation fee. See the Refund Policy for how mid-cycle changes are handled.
Are there setup or onboarding charges?
No setup fee on any plan. Import, WhatsApp connection and Razorpay connection are self-service. The Business plan includes priority onboarding and data migration assistance.
Do you offer annual billing or a discount?
Current published pricing is monthly. If annual billing matters for your institute’s procurement, talk to us rather than assuming it is unavailable.
