Analytics & Reporting
Find out which spend actually produced admissions
Most institutes end the season knowing the total admissions and nothing about what caused them. Because the enquiry source travels with the record all the way to the paid fee, SCRMAI can tell you which channel produced admitted, fee-paying students — not just enquiries.

Why this is usually impossible
Attribution breaks when the data changes systems
In most institutes the enquiry lives in one place, the admission in another and the fee in a third. Source attribution dies at the first handoff, so at budget time you are comparing an enquiry count from the ad platform with an admission count from the register and hoping they relate.
When enquiry, admission and fee are one record, the question stops being a reconstruction exercise.
What you can see
The reports institutes actually act on
-
Lead funnel
How many enquiries are at each stage, how long they sit there, and where in the funnel they stall.
-
Conversion trends
Conversion over time, so you can tell a bad month from a bad process — and see whether a change actually moved anything.
-
Source performance
Which channels produce admissions, not just enquiries, with attribution intact from first contact to paid fee.
-
Counsellor performance
Per-counsellor conversion, pipeline load and stall rates, so coaching conversations are based on data rather than impression.
-
Teacher performance
Batch-level exam pass rates and performance trends per teacher, alongside attendance.
-
Revenue and outstanding
Collected revenue, outstanding fees and collection trends, exportable for your accountant.
-
Retention view
Students flagged at drop-risk, with the reasoning behind each flag.
-
Export everything
CSV and PDF export across leads, students, fees, attendance and exams — no ticket, no waiting.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can we export the data to our own tools?
Yes. CSV and PDF export is available on every major entity at any time. If your accountant wants the fee ledger in Excel or your board wants a PDF of the admission funnel, both are two clicks rather than a support request.
How is source attribution tracked?
The source is captured when the enquiry is created — website form, Facebook Lead Ads, walk-in, referral, phone — and stays attached to the record through admission and fee payment. That is what makes it possible to report conversion by source rather than just enquiry volume by source.
Is counsellor performance reporting fair to staff?
It shows conversion alongside pipeline load and lead quality, which matters — a counsellor handling forty low-scoring enquiries and one handling ten high-scoring ones should not be compared on raw conversion alone. How you use the data is your call; the data itself tries not to flatten that context.
Which plans include analytics?
Funnel, conversion, revenue and source reporting with CSV and PDF export are available from Starter. Counsellor and teacher performance dashboards are included on Professional and Business.
