What does SCRMAI stand for?

SCRMAI is short for Smart CRM powered by AI. It is an AI-powered CRM for schools, coaching institutes and academies, covering the full journey from first enquiry to admitted, paying, tracked student.

Is SCRMAI a CRM or a school ERP?

A CRM, deliberately. A school ERP is built around administration — payroll, inventory, library, transport. SCRMAI is built around growth: capturing enquiries, following up, converting admissions, collecting fees and keeping enrolled students from dropping out. Most institutes run SCRMAI alongside whatever ERP they already have.

How long does it take to get started?

Sign up and you are in the product immediately with a 14-day free trial — no credit card. Import your existing enquiries and students from Excel or CSV, connect WhatsApp and Razorpay, and a single centre is typically live the same week.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No. The 14-day trial gives you full feature access with no card on file. If you do nothing at the end of the trial, the account simply stops — you are never charged automatically.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. Bulk import leads and students from CSV or Excel, with duplicate detection so you do not end up with the same parent three times. Export is equally unrestricted — CSV and PDF on every major entity, any time.
